Banana nail tutorial…

So just a little update whilst we still have the internet. :) You may have seen on twitter the other day that I painted my nails in ‘celebration’ of us finding a flat, ( I don’t know why I chose bananas, I just wanted a little change from my usual leopard print that I seem to have been wearing all the time recently. :/ ) We move in tomorrow morning! ^_^ It’s only small but it’s really cute & best of all, it’s pretty cheap! ^_^ I can’t wait to show you guys! would it be sad if I did a ‘flat tour’ video? Ahaha :)

I basically just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Victoria for being the eBay Queen & finding THE MOST AMAZING BOOTS EVER! Me & my feet are so happy! :)

Right, well I need to go & pack my life into a suitcase. I also wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone who has sent me tweets/messages about our big move to Spain, you guys are amazing! (‘: & *waves* to all my ladies at NL Deepdle because I know some of you are sneaky and read my blog ;) I miss you already :’(

So just a heads up, I’m not totally sure when my next blog post will be as we will need to get Internet etc set up when we get over there blah, blah, blah & I might be a little quiet on the twitter front too, but don’t worry (I’m sure you won’t) as ol’ Arnie says…’I’ll be back.’ ;)

So we FINALLY have the internet back! :) As I said on twitter  the other day, I’ll probably be bombarding you with all the posts I have written up in the past week or so but haven’t been able to publish because of said internet problems so yeah… ;)

I have just realised I wore the same jumper in my last outfit post so sorry if you think it’s a little ‘samey’. I have been pretty naughty recently & bought a mound of stuff from work (I may even do a ‘haul’ video?) probably because I am trying to make the most of my 50% staff discount as I am not going to be working at New Look for much longer. If you follow me on twitter, you might already know that I handed in my notice yesterday. I have been planning to do it for a while now as the boy & I have an exciting change happening within the next month! I don’t want to go into detail just yet but I am planning on letting you guys know what’s going to be happening in either blog/vlog form (I haven’t decided yet) very soon. Not that my life is that exciting haha, but it is going to be a pretty big change for us so I feel the need to explain it all to you guys properly. :)

ps I WEAR THIS NECKLACE WAY TOO MUCH! ;) & also, I’m not normally one to wear leggings as pants but they were the closest thing to me as I was getting dressed & the shirt does drop down at the back & cover my ass so it didn’t look too bad,  haha, promise I wont be making a habit of it. ;) ;)

I bought Barry M ‘palest lavender’ the other week basically just because I fancied trying out a purple lipstick because I thought it might me a nice contrast with my hair…& to be honest, it doesn’t look all that great on me on it’s own as you can see. lol As Lauren put it, you end up looking like a Titanic victim! lol

So after a little while of deciding how to wear it/what to do with it, I finally found it’s perfect ‘lipstick partner’ in Topshop ‘Brighton rock’. Layered together they make the most perfect violet pink!

Also, just a quick note…HOW FREAKING HARD IS IT TO TAKE DECENT ‘LIP’ PICTURES?!?!?!?! FML! Kudos to all you beauty bloggers who make it look a breeze because it most certainly is not! ahhaa!

So I STILL HAVE NO FREAKING INTERNET!!! >.< I’m currently at my Aunties house for tea so I’m taking advantage & stealing some of her internet at the moment. I am going to try my best to reply to some emails etc tonight. I’m so sorry if you have sent me an email recently & I haven’t replied :( I’ve been trying my best to get my internet sorted, it is supposed to be being fixed tomorrow but I’m not counting on it to be honest :( Thankyou all for baring with me. :)

I wore this outfit for work the other day. I haven’t worn these ‘leather/wet look’ leggings for ages, I bought them at least three years ago & to be honest they haven’t had that much ware so I thought I’d drag them out of the bottom of my wardrobe & show them the light of day haha! I’m sure you can still buy them from eBay or something though! :) I am seriously contemplating buying some leather trousers now!

WAAAAAAAAH!!!…

 

I’m going to sound really shallow when I say this but hey, breaking this MSF was one of the most devastating moments of my life. I actually cried. Sad, I know, but hey it cost me a fair few pennies!

As you have probably already guessed, the first mini montage of pictures is of my MAC Wonder Woman mineralise skin finish in all it’s brand new glory back in March, when it was all still in one piece. All I can at is that I was pretty ‘lucky’ that the highlighter sections didn’t fall out, otherwise, I would have been pretty screwed.

After I had mourned my beloved bronzer, ahaha, memories of numerous ‘how to fix powder make-up’ videos came flooding back! I watched a few & noticed that everyone was using something called ‘rubbing’ alcohol to, in effect, stick the powder back together. I then got all sad again because I didn’t have any of this ‘rubbing’ alcohol & I read somewhere that regular alcohol like vodka doesn’t work. :( Anyway, after sulking for a little while longer, I remembered that hand sanitiser has alcohol in it! YAY! I wasn’t sure if it would work but I thought I would try it anyway, just to see… & IT FREAKING WORKED LIKE A DREAM!!! ^_^ (even though it looks like a smeary poop.)

Moral of the story kids…don’t kick your make-up bag half way across the room when your angry, you will break your stuff! lol

OK so along with the internet in my house, my SD card also decided to break the other day, meaning that I lost all the photos that were on my camera. :( I did a little bit of fiddling about before & after about an hour of messing around with it, I actually managed to save the few of my photos that the card didn’t want to eat! YAY!

To be honest, I really don’t think my outfit is all that exciting (+ my poses are RETARDED), I just really wanted to blog & explain my absence haha! Damn internet and SD problems!

So yeah, I’m not totally sure when I’ll next be able to blog. :( Hopefully the internet at my house will be sorted by Monday when we are supposedly getting our new ‘home hub’, It all depends whether or not BT stand by their promises. :O I’m sure they will. :) If you miss me that much in the meantime though, you can always follow me on twitter?! ;)
