I had been contemplating buying a pair of American Apparel disco pants for a little while (who hasn’t) but aside from the price (a whopping £70) I couldn’t quite decide on a colour. I was torn between black, midnight blue & charcoal. I eventually came to the realisation that spending 70 squids on a pair of trousers was a little steep, especially if I ended up buying the wrong colour, so I went looking for alternatives. Oh hai again ebay! After Ashleigh tweeted that she had bought a pair & that she loved them, I couldn’t resist, I had to try them out for myself.
To start, they come in an array of different colours, I ended up choosing ‘blue grey’ & I’m so glad I did, they are such a lovely colour! They are a very similar material to the AA ones however they don’t have a button fastening & they aren’t as high waisted as actual disco pants but with a cleverly placed belt, that problem is solved. Now for the best news, these babies cost less than £7 & postage was free! I deffo need more of these in my life! I have my eyes on the red & navy blue ones next.
What do you think? Great value, eigh? ;)
