OK so as you can probably tell, it was pretty windy when we shot these photos ahhahha. It was so frustrating but in the end, I think the picturs turned out looking pretty good! ;) How amazing is the print on this dress?! I love it so much! The lovely people of AX Paris sent it me a few weeks ago & I have worn it so much since it arrived. It's actually become quite a key piece in my wardrobe & considering I'm not a 'dress' kind of girl, that's pretty big news! It's such a lovely, soft, light material & the cut outs at the sides just add that little extra ~something~ What do you think?

If you follow me on twitter or facebook you will probably already know that my laptop charger broke the other day so I have been unable to get onto my blog/emails/any social networks properly as my phone sucks ass! I am currently blogging from a computer at the bus station (glamorous, I know) & I am slowly but surely getting through my emails etc... I have ordered a new charger so hopefully that will arrive soon & everything will be back to normal! :)

I feel like I’m wearing too much make up in these photos >.< I don’t really know what I was thinking , ahhh well, one day wearing too much face paint isn’t that bad, is it?!?!

How amazing is this head piece?! The lovely Lauren of raspberrygrape was kind enough to send it to me the other week & I love it! (Thank you Lauren!) I really like head/hair jewellery at the moment, I don’t know why, maybe because it looks a little more interesting than say, a necklace or bracelet. I just think the spikes that hang off it are awesome! What do you think? Do you like head/hair jewellery? Anyhooo, there is loads of amazeballs stock over at raspberrygrape so you should deffo go & check it all out if you fancy buying some new bling!

I also launched some new designs over at my shop last night (shameless shop plug, sorry) you can see them all here>link :)

Tie dye top/dress (DIY’d): etsy>link
White round flat top sunglasses: ASOS
Dino flatforms: ASOS

Firstly, I feel the need to apologise for these insanely white photos. When we took these, it was getting quite late & the lighting wasn’t the best so I had quite a bit of trouble editing these pictures >.< Aaaaaanyway, I really love this outfit, hence why I have posted the photos anyway! It’s probably one of my all time favourites now as I am obsessed with anything tie dye at the moment & I think the crochet top/dress thingy just adds that extra ~something. You can’t beat a bit of layering!

I am an absolute freak when it comes to sunglasses, I love them, they are my weakness. You know like some people love shoes/handbags? Well I’m a sucker for sunglasses. (even though you only ever see me wearing, like, the same pair in every outfit post.) I was actually gutted that I couldn’t bring my whole collection to Spain over the fear that they would all get broken/I didn’t have enough room in my suitcases. :( I saw these babies on ASOS a wee while ago but I just didn’t want to spend 20 quid on a pair of pretty ~statement glasses so I waited, & boy am I glad I did. I managed to snap them up for a tenner in the ASOS sale, bargain?!

Also, just wanted to let you know that I have just launched some brand new nail designs on effienails (including some that were featured in August Company Magazine!) they are all one offs so get in there quiiiiiick! ;)

OK so after asking on here, twitter & facebook about what you would think of me doing ‘wishlist’ type posts, I have decided to give it a shot as most of you said you would be interested to see what I’m lusting after. So here’s what I’m craving at the moment…enjoy! :)

Oh Gawwwwd, my hair looks such an awful colour in the second photo >.< we took these before I re dyed my hair as the sea & sun in Plentzia stripped loads of the dye out of my hair & lightened it to a strange pinky red. I thought the hat might help to cover it up a little for these photos but alas, it didn’t. Ahh well, my hair is all freshly dyed again now so the next time you see me it will be back to it’s bright orangeness.

If you follow me on twitter you will probably know that I looooove Southpark (a little too much) & I named this outfit after one of my favourite episodesever. I know that Harriet is also a fan of this episode & finds it just as funny as I do so If you haven’t seen it already then you have to watch it, if not, at least listen to this song as it is hilarious! (‘: Seriously, the guys at Southpark write the best spoof songs (‘:

I cannot even begin to tell you how long I have lusted over this skirt. Ever since it came out in the Versace H&M collection last year I have wanted it so badly but unfortunately, at the time, I just didn’t have the pennies to spend on said skirt & obviously it went out of stock pretty fast. I thought I’d lost my chance to ever own it without paying the zillions of £££ people expect you to pay on ebay. That is until Victoria featured this beauty in one of her famous designer ebay posts a good few months ago. I immediately added it to my watch list (as I wasn’t best pleased about having to pay £9 postage just because I’m in Spain & I hate paying for postage >.<) to mull it over & it sat there for ages before I finally decided to bite the bullet & just buy it as it was the only one left in stock & it was my size! I guess it was a kind of celebratory gift to myself after selling my first few sets of effienails (any excuse ;)) Sorry, I seem to have told you my whole palm print skirt life story there >.<

As I said before, the skirt is sold out in the palm print at the ebay store I bought it from but they do have a leopard print version for sale instead here>link & SheInside have the same palm skirt here>link :)

I haven’t mentioned this on here yet but did you see me in look magazine this week? I was so excited when they got in touch to say they wanted to use my photo for their festival themed ‘look what I’m wearing’ feature! :) Anyways, we're off surfing tomorrow & only get back on Saturday so I might be a little quiet on the blogging front for most of this week, I will try my best to take some photos & shizzle to post at the weekend though :) Hope you all have a great week, don’t miss me too much eigh? ;)

Rusted from the rain…

Sugarlips dress 3sugarlips dress 1diy head piece1sugar lips dresshead piece diy9diy headpiece
Aztec dress*: Sugarlips
Head piece: DIY

Sugarlips were kind enough to send me this amazing aztec dress the other week. I kind of thought I was getting over my aztec obsession that started about this time last year (remember when I went crazy & bought two navajo capes off ASOS & had aztec nails all the time?) but it seems that this dress (& this top) made me realise that I still have a huge love navajo/aztec prints. I especially love the colours of this dress, although, anything purple is a winner in my eyes!

Now about the head piece. After seeing Isha wearing one she bought in London, I had to try & DIY one for myself so I jumped straight on ebay & bought myself some beading wire. After waiting like a crazy lady at the letter box every day patiently for it to arrive in the post for about a year 3 days, I immediately started bending the wire in to the shape I wanted…

HOW I MADE MY HEAD PIECE
probably THE crappiest instructions in the world but hey, it’s better than nothing ;)
What you’ll need:

Beading wire (I bought mine from here>link they have looooads of colours to choose from)
superglue
rhinestones
Your hands
20-30 minutes of your life

[1] I started by making the teardrop shape just by bending & twisting the wire into shape until I was happy with it.

[2]
I then measured another piece of wire around my head & threaded it through the top of the teardrop & fixed it at the back so it was completely circular.

[3]
Next, I measured the top of my head with yet another piece of wire, then attached it at the back of the wire that fits around my head & through the teardrop.

[4]
Once all the wire pieces were secure, I then superglued a few nail rhinestones to the teardrop & when it was dry (wait at least 3 hours for the super glue to dry, you don’t want that shizz stuck in your hair!) I trotted around Pamplona with it on my head pretending I was some sort of princess, like you do ;) (A girl can dream!)

If you aren’t into DIY/cba making your own, you can always check out Ishas new shop>link she has a couple up for sale at the moment so if you want one, get in there quick!
ps: Thank you for all your lovely comments on yesterdays post, it really does mean so much that so many of you said you will be signing the petition, you are all awesome, thank you! xx

I actually love this outfit. It’s simple & comfy but still looks kind of (hate this word) ~edgy~ The hat is a new addition, I bought it off ebay for no more than £8 & even though I probably look like an utter douche, this baby will be gracing my crown (& Liams as he keeps stealing if off me! The cheek! ;)) more than often this summer.

OK GUYS, IF YOU DON’T WANT TO READ MY RANT/PREACHINESS, THEN SKIP THIS BOX, IF YOU DON’T MIND, THEN READ ON…

I think it’s safe to say, we will not be leaving the flat at all today.
San Fermin has officially started & everywhere is mayhem. I’m gonna get all PETA on yo asses now, It actually disgusts me how people are partying & ‘celebrating’ such a horrible festival. It saddens me that half the people who come for the running don’t even realise that actually, the bulls do get run into the bull ring & are eventually killed by a matador… I bet if you asked any one of the people that have come here to run in front of the bulls, they would most likely be against animal testing & all that malark, so why is it OK to put these animals through such pain & torture just for the sake of a ‘festival’? I’m not going to go on & on about it as you get my drift & I could go on for hours, I just wanted to say my piece & highlight that it’s blatant animal cruelty for the sake of a ~party~ & the devil which is money, which, to me, is utterly disgusting & so far, the only downside to Pamplona.

SIGN THE PETITION TO STOP SANFERMINES HERE
THEY ONLY NEED JUST UNDER 1000 MORE SIGNATURES, IT WOULD BE FAB IF YOU COULD HELP

I didn’t intend for this blog post to be get so serious, sorry… I just thought more people would read this as an outfit post rather than if I had done a completely separate post blah blah…

ANYWAY… if you are here purely to look at my outfit, that’s totally cool, at the end of the day my blog is about fashion & shizzle & you probably weren’t expecting to be preached at. I hope you all have a fab weekend!

Oooh, it seems my hair has engulfed half of my face :S These photos were taken about two weeks ago (hence why this outfit was in my outtakes post & I don’t have any roots) but I forgot to post them :O It’s not my favourite outfit ever, I fear I may have clashed too many colours/prints but ahh well, even though it was quite humid (which is why my hair looks a blaaaady mess >.<) , it was rainy & I didn’t want to get too wet so, as usual, I just threw on my trusty camo jacket without even thinking & I just ended up looking a bit mish mashed! Oh well, it’s only clothes eigh? ;)

I know I said this in my last post but I can’t wait to get my new nail designs up on effienails. I am still waiting for a vital part of one new design to arrive so I haven’t photographed any of my new stuff yet but hopefully they will arrive soon so I can get them on the site before we head off to the beach for a couple of days to go surfing in my new 3 euro binkini! Yes, 3 freaking euros, bargain or what?!

Oh hai again, remember me? Only kidding, although it does seem like an age since I posted an outfit >.< Liams brother came over to stay so doing outfit posts hasn’t really been possible this week. But I was organised & saved from last week! (& another for tomorrow)

I have been working hard painting up new stock for effienails this week, I am so excited to upload the new designs to my site, I just need to wait for some bits & bobs to arrive from ebay & photograph the new nails, it’s a lot harder work than I was expecting it to be (tiiiiiime consuming) but when I get emails/tweets from happy customers, it makes me realise how much I do actually love painting nails.
