I absolutely love the KOTJ dress, I’m sure you will be seeing it a lot in your  feeds over the next few days, as, as I said before, 10 of us were lucky enough to be sent it but as per usual, but seriously, how could you not love it?! The standard of MINKPINK’s products are unbelievably high, you really do get the most quality for your money, I really can’t recommend them enough! But then again, I am a serious die hard MINKPINK fan! ;)

Oh yeah, do you like the bubbles? ;) Liam & I decided to buy Jack a bubble gun last weekend, but as you can see from the picture above, he was less than amused with the whole thing, ahahaha so we thought it might be kind of cool to try & use them in an outfit post & I am really pleased with how the photos have turned out, gotta love bubbles! ^_^

Now I can’t not talk about the amazing shark tooth bracelet I’m wearing, I bought it from Nostalgic Feather after seeing Sarah from Fashion Dotty (who’s blog is amazing btw!) wearing one on her instagram last week & I haven’t had it off my wrist! This amazing MINKPINK top made it’s debut on my instagram (@effiesmakeupbox) the other week after the awesomes at MEEMEE kindly sent it to me. I have worn it so much but only just had chance to photograph it today as the weather has been so bloody crap >.< I have said it before & I will say it again, I love MEEMEE so much! All of the jewellery I am wearing is from DIXI. I love the moon & star above knuckle ring & wish necklace, just how I like my jewellery, dainty, but a little bit unusual. As you may already know, I am into crystals & I definitely believe in their energy & healing properties, my favourites, & have been for a long time, to wear ‘every day’ are amethyst & rose quartz & I have been super impressed with my rose quartz from DIXI! Yes, I can now finally say, after what seems like a million years of yearning for it, I am now officially the proud owner of the MINKPINK cosmic horse dress! I won it in a bit of a bidding war on ebay for a pretty awesome price ^-^ eeee, I hate bidding on ebay so much because so many people ‘don’t know how to bid properly’ bidding days & DAYS before the listing actually ends, pushing up the price >.< (but we’ll not get into that now) but I do love a good win, ‘last second ebay sniper’ is my name & ‘winnning’ is my game ;) lol did I really just write that? Ahahaha (‘: Gotta love ebay!

It seems so long since I have done an outfit post. I have been super busy again :S But I’m back & I don’t know if you can tell by these photos but I have bought myself a new camera! :) I have been saving up for ages to buy myself a DSLR & I finally did it, it’s a sort of birthday present to myself/first wage slip purchase, but like I said, it’s something I have been saving up for for a long time, & I didn’t just buy it for my blog, I still stand by that you don’t need a DSLR to have good blog photos, hell I have been blogging for almost three years without one & my blog has done just fine, I bought it because I like photography, I’m in no way saying that I am a photographer of any kind but taking photos is a pretty big hobby of mine so buying my Canon 1100D made sense as I know I will get a lot of use out of it for my photo taking habbit & for blog photos :)

Anyway onto the clothes! MinkPink & Out & About kindly sent me this beauty of a dress a couple of weeks ago & I have literally worn it to death since it arrived. It’s such a nice shape, not too clingy, not too short & hangs perfectly. I also love the pleated detail on the skirt, it just ads that little extra dimension. Also, how are you liking my new hat? ;) It’s the exact same as my black H&M one it’s a bit on the girly side of life for me, being pink & all but I thought the dusty pink would be nice for the warmer months & it makes a nice change.

It’s getting so cold & dark for taking outfit photos outside, I forgot what winter blogging was like! Ahahahaha! But at least I had my new Mink Pink wool biker jacket (which is on sale on ASOS at the moment so snap it up while you can!) to keep me toasty! It’s such a great alternative to ye olde leather jacket & it keeps you a million times warmer too Score! & who doesn’t love a bit of rose gold hardwear? Thank you very much Mink Pink & Out & About.

These jeans got a lot of love a few weeks ago in my instagram (@effiesmakupbox). I got them from H&M. it was love at first sight I thought they were suitably quirky while still being quite wearable as they are black, grey & cream they go with pretty much anything. What do you think of ombre jeans? Are they something you would wear or do you think ombre should be just for hair?
